Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley Awarded $43,300 to Support Youth in our Community
Fargo, ND. June 5, 2024 – Today, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley received a $43,300 grant from the Taco Bell Foundation to support youth in our community. The funds will go toward supporting The CLUB Teen Center’s STEAM curriculum and life skill programming. In today's complex and ever-changing world, it is crucial to cultivate critical thinkers and problem solvers who can effectively navigate and address the modern challenges we face. By incorporating science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) into our programming, we aim to equip our CLUB teens with the knowledge and skills necessary for systematic problem-solving, information analysis, evidence-based decision-making, and creative solutions.
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Red River Valley, we are proud to partner with the Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota Caring Foundation in supporting the mental health of the kids and teens in our community.
